Three Program Tiers
- Business Administration, Legal Management, Criminology, Secondary Education — approximately ₱2,120 per unit.
- Accountancy — approximately ₱2,042 per unit.
- Elementary Education — approximately ₱2,270 per unit.
These are back-solved from JRU's own official Year-1 "Published Rate" totals (for new freshmen from other schools) divided by an assumed 21-unit load, since JRU's schedule lists total fees per program rather than a plain per-unit rate.
Discounts Not Modeled Here
JRU's own senior high school graduates get a lower "JRU Graduate" rate than new-to-JRU freshmen, and paying in full by "Prompt Payment" (cash) costs less than the published rate used here, while installment payment costs more.
