Far Eastern University Tuition Fee: How This Estimate Is Calculated

Unlike the other calculators on this site, this FEU tuition calculator's numbers come directly from FEU's own official per-institute assessment PDFs, not third-party reconstruction. FEU charges the same per-unit tuition rate across every institute — what actually varies by program is the itemized fees, especially laboratory charges for health-science programs.

Per-Institute Tuition at FEU

  • Institute of Accounts, Business & Finance; Institute of Arts and Sciences — ₱2,056 per unit, plus an approximate ₱950 program fee (mainly TEP/GE charges; some programs add small course lab fees).
  • Institute of Health Sciences and Nursing (Nutrition & Dietetics, Nursing, and similar) — ₱2,056 per unit, plus an approximate ₱14,052 per-semester lab/SAF fee.
  • Institute of Health Sciences and Nursing — Pharmacy — ₱2,056 per unit, plus an approximate ₱30,684 per-semester lab/SAF fee, well above other health-science programs.

A flat ₱17,996 in fees applies every semester regardless of institute: Miscellaneous fees (₱13,494), NSTP fee (₱2,366), Learning Journey fee (₱283), and Other fees (₱1,853) — all identical across every program checked.

Why FEU's Fee Structure Differs from Other Schools

Ateneo and UST charge a different per-unit rate depending on college. FEU instead charges one rate university-wide and lets laboratory-heavy programs (Pharmacy especially) carry the cost difference through itemized lab and special-assessment fees instead. That's a genuine structural difference between schools, not a simplification on this site's part.

A Note on SY2026-2027 Rates

These figures are FEU's published SY2025-2026, First Semester rates. FEU had already published its SY2026-2027 freshmen fee schedule at the time of research, but that document is a scanned image with no extractable text, so it couldn't be read. FEU's per-unit rate rose 3% the previous year (₱1,966 → ₱2,056), so SY2026-2027 is likely somewhat higher than what's modeled here.

Sources & Methodology

Figures come from FEU's own official tuition PDFs, linked from feu.edu.ph/tuition-details: per-institute "Tuition and Other Fees, First Semester, SY2025-2026" assessment sheets for the Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance, the Institute of Arts and Sciences, and the Institute of Health Sciences and Nursing, cross-checked across four programs. FEU's real installment plan (a fixed ₱9,000 down payment plus two uneven installments, or a 5% discount for paying in full) isn't reflected in the payment-term totals above, since this calculator only supports even division across installments. Figures were last checked 2026-07-30.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is FEU tuition fee per unit?
₱2,056 per unit for SY2025-2026, First Semester, and it's the same rate for every institute. FEU's SY2026-2027 rate is likely somewhat higher — see the note on this page.
Does FEU charge the same tuition rate for every program?
Yes, the per-unit rate is uniform university-wide. What differs by program is the itemized fees, particularly laboratory and special-assessment fees for health-science programs like Nursing and Pharmacy.
Is this FEU estimate for the current school year?
It's built from FEU's published SY2025-2026 rates. FEU's SY2026-2027 freshmen schedule exists but was published as a scanned, non-extractable PDF at research time, so this estimate is one year behind and likely runs slightly low.
How much is FEU tuition fee for Nursing?
Nursing falls under FEU's Institute of Health Sciences and Nursing tier — the same ₱2,056 per-unit rate as every other program, plus an approximate ₱14,052 per-semester lab/special-assessment fee on top of the standard flat fees, roughly ₱79,000 per semester at a 23-unit load. This is built from FEU's own SY2025-2026 Nutrition & Dietetics figures as a stand-in for the health-sciences tier; use the calculator above with that program tier selected for a number tailored to your own unit count.
